90-Day Challenge Winner, Sheldon purchased his first duplex off an auction site. Though he didn't get it the first go around, the property reappeared a second time and with a lot of persistence, he was able to purchase the property for $48k using funds from selling another one of his properties. The duplex was assessed at $150k and needs about $30k in work. He plans to rehab and hold onto it. Looking forward, he'd like to start buying and holding 10+ unit apartments. His biggest takeaway was "if you use Lance's system... follow his process... the training will lead you to good deals."
