The property was in foreclosure and they negotiated with the lender that they take over the first mortgage and the seller hold a second mortgage. At time of the interview, 4 of the 25 units were occupied with 11 units undergoing rehabbed. She purchased the property using investor money and credit cards. She plans to rehab and fill the property within the next month.
