Michael and Julie wholesaled a 40-unit property out of NC from FL for $45,000 with $20,000 down and the balance over payments. Julie was new to the business but Michael came with some experience. The deal was spun up from a broker who Lance called and made an offer to at the Orlando boot camp. They wholesaled the NC property to a buyer in Canada for $800,000 and $50k down. They then came to a second Orlando boot camp and got more deals from the same broker which they made offers on while at the boot camp. The moral of the story according to them: "Come to the boot camp and do your assignment". Michael's overall insight was, "the process of doing a bigger deal was the same as with houses".
