90-Day Challenge Winner, Nancy, completed her first deal that she found while driving around. She saw a FSBO sign and decided to talk to and negotiate with the sellers in person. The sellers were a bit tough, but she got it under contrast for $142,500 all cash, and was able to wholesale it to a buyer for $157k that she found by calling property management companies. Going forward, she plans to go with the "peas in the pod" method.
